Policy & Rules

Kindly go through our policies and rules thoroughly.

Booking Policy
  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into this hotel.
  • Photo ID-It with Birth Date is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. (Exclude PAN Card)
  • Management reserves the right of admission
  • The rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
  • The booking shall be confirmed only on receipt of at least 50% of the package price.
  • Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned or the similar hotels.
  • The  daily sightseeing itinerary shared at the time of booking cannot be changed.
  • The vehicle is available for the guest to cover the agreed daily itinerary. The vehicle is not available at guest disposable other than the fixed itinerary.
  • In case of vehicles unable to visit Rohtang Pass or above till Spiti or other sightseeing point by any kind of new guidelines proposed by NGT-National green tribunal / Supreme court,  Hot springs Café and Homestay will not be responsible and refund any amount in any case.
  • Hotels may charge a mandatory meal surcharge on festive periods e.g. Christmas, New Year’s Eve etc. All additional charges (including mandatory meal surcharges) need to be cleared directly at the hotel at the time of check-out
  • No refund and/or exchange will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our Control.
  • Under MAP plan breakfast and dinner will have fixed menu, anything ordered extra will charged additionally.
  • Heater will be provided on demand @300 Rs. Per day.
  • Bed sheet and pillow covers will be changed on every 3rd day from the check in day.
  • Any damage / breakage to furniture, fixture, crockery will be charged for replacement within new one.
Cancellation Policy
  • All cancellations must be communicated in writing through email at enquiry@hotspringscafeandhomestay.com
  • 50% refund for cancellation on or before 15 days, 25% refund for cancellation up to 10 days and no refund of cancellation is within less than 10 days (including 10th Day) of scheduled date of arrival.

NB: All disputes are subject to State jurisdictions.

House Rules
  • Check In Time: 1000hrs. 
  • Check Out Time: 0900hrs.
  • Early Check In & Late Check Out may be accommodated subject to availability & at owner’s discretion.
  • Limited Parking space for 2wheeler & 4-wheeler is available on site will be on first cum first serve basis.
  • Every room has a balcony equipped with ashtray’s. Please use this area for smoking.
  • We do not serve alcohol on premises however, you can BYOB (Bring Your Own Booze) & drink responsibly in the room.
  • Pets are not allowed on premises.
  • Guests are requested to lock their rooms when they are stepping out of their rooms. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
  • Bed linens, bath towels & hand towels will be changed on a weekly basis. 
  • Restaurant will be open from 0730hrs to 2230hrs (Last Order)
  • All bills must be settled on/before checking out/departure from the Homestay. 
  • The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Homestay caused by themselves, their guest’s, or any person for whom they are responsible.
  • Bringing goods and / or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and / or prohibited goods and / or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. the Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitees visitors, agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guest’s own negligence, consumption and non-observance of any / instructions,.
  • Guests are requested to observe, abide by confirm to and be bound by all applicable local/state/central Government agencies laws & act’s, regulations in force from time to time.
  • The Management holds the right to entry on premises.

The management reserves to itself the right to add to, or alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules.
